Are there any alcoholic beverages served on a food tour?

While we do not provide alcohol as part of the tour, alcoholic drinks can be purchased separately at participating restaurants. All alcoholic drinks must be consumed on property as the city of Clearwater does not allow open container.

How much food will be included in the tastings?

Most guests find that the tastings are enough for a light meal. Portion sizes are smaller, as the
restaurants typically either offer a ‘unique, off menu’ or specialty item. Our guests find themselves
comfortable and satiated by tour’s end. Please understand our food tours are not intended to replace
multiple meals, but provide an overview of 4 to 5 different local restaurants.

How much walking is involved?

Tours last approximately 3 hours and participants can expect to walk roughly 1.5 miles over that time.
We walk at a moderate pace, while you sit/rest at each stop. Most guests find the balance refreshing
between a mild walk combined with light tasty cuisine.

If I am bringing a very young child, do I need to purchase a ticket for them?

No. If your young child will not be participating in the tastings, you do not need to purchase a ticket for
them. However, please do let us know if you will be attending with an infant or young child when you
purchase tickets in the Notes section.

Is the tour wheelchair and stroller accessible?

Yes, we will assist in directing any guests using wheelchairs or strollers to optimize safety and enjoyment of the tour. If you have any specific concerns or questions, we invite you to contact us to discuss further.

Are gift certificates available?

Yes, Gift Certificates are available! Simply visit our store page and purchase a Gift Certificate to cover as many tickets you’d like. Once you’ve purchased a gift certificate, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail
with your gift certificate code. Simply use this code when booking your tour date!

Does the tour leader accept gratuity?

We take pride in offering exceptional tours led by knowledgeable and dedicated guides who are committed to making your experience unforgettable. We want to take a moment to highlight the important role that tipping plays in recognizing the hard work and dedication of our tour guides. While tipping is entirely voluntary and based on your satisfaction, it's customary to show appreciation for excellent service with a standard tip of 20% of the tour cost.

This not only reflects the quality of the experience but also helps support our guides in their profession.

We understand that tipping customs may vary, and we want you to feel comfortable tipping according to your own satisfaction. Regardless of the amount, your gesture of appreciation is always greatly valued by our team.

Are bathrooms available on the tour?

Yes. Bathrooms are available during the tour at selected food-tasting locations.

Can I shop during the tour?

We're thrilled to have you join us on our food tour, where we're eager to guide you through a delightful culinary journey &

understand the allure of the local shops and vendors, shopping can disrupt the flow of the tour and cause delays for the group. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience, allowing you to savor each culinary stop and discover the hidden gems of our city without interruption.

Can I book a private or customized group tour?

Have an idea for a cool, customized tour? We love it…please complete your thoughts on our Custom
Tour Page. We will work with your idea, provide a quote and create a one-of-a-kind experience!

Are there vegetarian options on the tour?

Unfortunately not as part of the tour. However, most of the stops on our tours offer alternative tasting options for vegetarians that you can order outside of the tour. If you are going with a group & do not plan on partaking on the food samples, but you just want to tag along, there is '$25 Tour Only' option. Please let us know when you book your tour.

Are cameras allowed on the tour?

Yes. Please take as many photos or film as you like! In fact, we would love it if you shared pictures and
videos of your experience with us either by email or via Facebook. If you email us, please let us know if we can publish your pictures/videos on our website and social media. We would also love for you to tag us on your social media posts!

What happens in the event of bad weather?

The biggest factor for weather in this area is rain and heat. We conduct the tours regardless of the
weather. Most of our stops offer indoor seating or shaded patio seating. It is recommended to check the weather for the day and dress accordingly. We will do our best to keep you comfortable whatever
Mother Nature throws at us. A full refund will be issued in the event of a natural disaster.

What if I'm late? Can I join another tour or get a refund?

We're excited to welcome you to our upcoming tour experience and want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the full itinerary. To maintain the integrity of our tours and minimize disruptions for our fellow guests, we kindly request that all participants arrive on time.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. However, if you find yourself running behind schedule, we encourage you to contact our team as soon as possible at (727)229-0057. Depending on the tour's progress and logistics, we'll do our best to coordinate a meeting point so you can join the group mid-tour.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we appreciate your cooperation in helping us deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants.

What happens when I make my online booking?

When you complete your booking on our secure website you will receive an automated order
confirmation containing booking details and meeting point information.

What is your cancellation policy?

We hope you're looking forward to your upcoming experience with us as much as we are! We'd like to take a moment to remind you of our refund policy, which is designed to ensure fairness and smooth operations for all.

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled date.

  • For cancellations made two weeks before the event, we offer a 50% refund.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made within two weeks of the event.

Whats the difference between a Private Tour and an Open Group Tour?

A Private Tour includes only your group. 6 is the minimum group size. An Open Group Tour is designed for individuals and small groups, who are willing to be combined into one group…these are crazy fun getting to know and meet new folks!

What if I have food allergies?

By letting us know in advance, we can ensure that your dining experience is not only enjoyable but also safe.
