Jimbo’s Jumbo Food Tour was inspired by my lifelong passion for tropical escapes and a deep love of great food. Growing up in Chicago—one of the nation’s culinary capitals—I cultivated a refined palate and a true appreciation for diverse cuisines and exceptional dining experiences. After enduring countless Midwest winters, I fulfilled my childhood dream of making sunny Florida my home in 2004.

Now, with Jimbo’s Jumbo Food Tour, I bring together my love for Florida’s warm, tropical charm and my enthusiasm for its vibrant, ever-evolving food scene. Drawing on my Midwest roots, extensive foodie expertise, and two decades of exploring Florida’s unique flavors, I’m excited to offer a one-of-a-kind culinary experience that celebrates the best of what this beautiful state has to offer.
